🙋 Riders

1. Open mplain-rides.sites.tab.bot and allow location (or type your pickup).
2. Tap Where to? and search your drop-off. The route shows on the map.
3. Pick GYT Go (up to 4) or GYT XL (5–8), Cash or EFT, and see the price estimate.
4. Tap Request. When a driver accepts you see their name, car, plate and the car coming to you live.
5. Call or WhatsApp the driver from the card. Cancel any time before pickup.
6. After the trip, rate your driver (1–5 stars).
7. Optional: type Who sent you? (your group or promo) so GYT knows which group you came from.

🚗 Drivers

1. Join: open /join, fill in your details and car, and add photos of your ID, licence, PrDP, licence disc and car.
2. Approval: the GYT admin checks your documents.
3. PIN: you get a WhatsApp with the driver link and your PIN.
4. Open /driver, sign in with the PIN, tap Add to Home Screen and allow location.
5. Tap 🔔 Turn on ride alerts. iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen first, then open GYT from the home screen.
6. Tap GO. A ride pops up and keeps ringing and vibrating with a 20-second countdown: tap Accept. First tap wins.
7. Navigate (Google Maps / Waze) → Arrived → Start trip → Complete.

With ride alerts on, your phone rings for new rides while you're online, even with GYT closed (Android: Chrome; iPhone: iOS 16.4+ from the home screen). Without alerts, keep the driver page open with the screen on. Only the driver who accepts sees the rider's number. XL rides go to XL drivers first.

👩🏽‍💼 Admin

1. Open /admin with the admin PIN.
2. Applications: see new drivers and their documents. Tap Approve (makes a PIN + WhatsApp message) or Decline (deletes their documents).
3. After approving, tap Delete documents to keep stored data to a minimum.
4. Settings → Fares: base fee, per km, per minute, XL extra and minimum fare. Riders see the estimate before booking.
5. Live map: online drivers and active trips. Rides: assign or reassign a ride by hand.
6. Rides by group: counts rides per "Who sent you?" answer, so you see which group admin brings riders. Export trips (CSV) downloads every trip for Excel / Google Sheets.

Group admins: share your own link so your riders are counted automatically, e.g. mplain-rides.sites.tab.bot/?ref=YourName.

📲 Phase 2: Telegram drivers' group

1. In Telegram, open @BotFather, send /newbot and copy the token.
2. Paste it in Admin → Settings → Telegram → Save.
3. Add the bot to your drivers' group and send /chatid. Paste the number in Admin → Save → Send a test message.
4. Each driver sends the bot /link THEIR-PIN. New rides then post in the group with an ACCEPT button.

🟢 Phase 2: WhatsApp booking

• Riders book by chatting to a WhatsApp number; online drivers get the ride on WhatsApp with an Accept button. The app is built to plug this in.
• Needs: a new number just for the bot, Meta Business verification, and a WhatsApp Cloud API app (token + phone number id).
• Meta charges per-message fees: Meta's pricing.
